URGENT. Looking for 3 replacement tenants for summer

Looking for 3 replacement tenants to take over our house contract. 3 rooms are free after we leave. 4th room can also be used, however the door doesn't lock, if that is a concern. Has one bathroom. House is 5 minutes walk from campus, and 10 minutes from Portswood. The rooms are decent, and we'll be gone by early June too. Rent is 138.5pppw (112.5 for rent, 26 for bills, if arranged with unihomes). Utilities can be arranged with unihomes, or through independent entities. The rent is quite cheap given how close it is to campus. Ideally the new tenants will take up the contract on the 23rd of June, and it would end around the 21st of September.
