Looking for 1 more housemate for academic year 2024/25

Hi! We are in need of 1 housemate to join a 4-bedroom house on Wilton Avenue, which we currently have on hold but not for much longer. None of the rooms have been decided yet, but all are equally spacious, as are the kitchen and bathrooms. Rent is about £425 a month, not including bills, though we will have the option to include them if we choose so. The move-in date will be on 1st July 2024, and the contract ends on 30th June 2025. We are all cis-men, one recently graduated, and one student who will be in their third and final year during the tenancy. All years are more than welcome to join us, and we are LGBTQ+ friendly.
