Single room in an all-girls' house

Hi, I'm looking for someone to take take over my room starting from 1st July 2021. I'm currently living in a house that is a five-minute walk to Highfield campus and a ten-minute walk to the shops on Portswood Road, with three other housemates. All of them will be in their fourth year of studying (one Medic and two Civil Engineers) from next year, but any year of study will be welcome.
