Looking for a final housemate for your second year house for the academic year 24/35, located in Highcliffe, Winchester (as our previous housemate had to drop out) . The house is 20 mins walk from the centre of Winchester and buses also from directly from Highcliffe. We are a house of 3 girls studying Fashion Design at WSA, all very social and keen to welcome someone new! Whatever your interests or course, we can promise a safe, clean and comfortable living experience with us. Rent is approximately £160 per week bills included. The house has a spacious garden, living area, two bathrooms and all rooms have double beds. The overall house has been recently refurbished so it is in an immaculate condition unlike other uni houses.
