I am looking for a student to take over my room for next year, as I'm doing a placement. The rent is £368.12 a month before bills, and the contract would run from 1st July 2022 to 31st June 2023. The room itself is very nice, with an excellent view from the window, a 3/4 double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. My house group are nice and friendly, and the landlord is very reasonable. She employs a handiman who sorts out any problems very quickly. There is a garden with a patio, including a shed with side access. The house itself is ideally situated a 10 minute walk from both Highfield Campus and Sainsbury's. Other perks include wired internet access and street parking.
