Room in a 5-bed Portswood House

This advert is for a room in a 5-bed house at 72 Tennyson Road in Portswood. There are currently four of us living here ( 2 boys, 2 girls) as the fifth person we signed the contract with last year paid up but did not end up moving in, so we are looking for someone to move into the fifth room next year. We’re all very friendly, social and quite clean, and don’t tend to hold parties at our house.
