We’re 5 girls looking for a 6th housemate to join our friendly home in Bevois Valley (Spear Road). 📍 About a 20-minute walk from Highfield Campus and close to Avenue Campus – great location near the clubs and local shops too! 🏠 About the house: • Spacious and cozy with a large kitchen (3 fridges + plenty of storage!) • Comfortable living room – perfect for evening hangouts • Friendly, social household but also respectful of study time 🛏️ About the room: • Medium-sized, cozy, and bright • Comes with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a big study desk • We’re happy to add new IKEA furniture for extra storage if wanted 💷 Rent: £405 per month + £99 for all bills included (everything covered!)
