Quiet, Studious but Social 8-Bed House near Common

We are currently a group of about 5, a mix of 2nd and 3rd year students (Engineering, Maths, etc) and currently 4 guys and 1 girl, but hoping to make that more even maybe, staying on for our 3rd/4th years. We are looking for like-minded housemates to fill the remaining rooms for the next academic year. The house we plan on keeping is a large 8-bed house in Bassett. The bills are low, rooms are decent and it’s in a nice location (7-min walk to Highfield Campus, 30 seconds to Boldrewood, fairly near to the Common). We are trying to create a calm, studious, and tidy household. We'd like a place where you can relax, study in peace but also have some nice people around for some relaxing/fun when needed.
