Masters Student looking for Accommodation

Hello, My name is Connor. I am a 21-year-old Philosophy Masters starting at Southampton this year. I am looking for a house with rent £450 pcm or under (Bills included). Preferably the house should be close to Avenue campus or transport links. I am quiet, clean and respectful. I enjoy video games, walking and table tennis. I will tend to keep to myself but am friendly and sociable also.
