NEED 1 REPLACEMENT HOUSEMATE ASAP (£519.18 PER MONTH)

Hi! We are 3 second years looking for a fourth tenant for next year. Due to circumstances, we are looking for a housemate ASAP!! We are all lovely people (1 girl and 2 boys), and would prefer if another girl stayed with us to balance out the house! The rent is £519.18 a month. We are clean, friendly and easy going :). We are looking for someone to live with us from NEXT YEAR, and would like people to respond to us ASAP (hopefully by the end of the day).
