1 housemate needed, 2026/27, Portswood

We are looking (fairly urgently) for a 10th person to join us in our house for next year. £148.50 weekly rent, bills included, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 25-minute walking distance and 15 minute bus from campus, road parking, 4 girls and 5 boys. It's a really nice house on Alma road in Portswood, very spacious rooms, the kitchen/living room makes a nice communal area, and a large garden as well. We're all very clean, considerate and sociable
