Looking for 3 people to share 5 bed house next year 24/25

Hi we are 2, 20year old boys looking for 3 people to share a 5 bedroom house on Sirdar Road, very close to highfeild campus. We currently live here and are looking for 3 house mates next year (any gender). It is a nice house with a great landlord who is planning on doing some re-painting over summer and is very fair. We are both downstairs so the 3 bedrooms upstairs are available with a bathroom. There is a decent garden, really nice newly painted lounge, good kitchen and plenty of storage in the house.
