Hi! I'm looking for 2/3 tenants to fill rooms in a 7 bedrom hosue on Sirdar Road, less than 10 minute walk from Highfield campus and 10 minutes from Portswood. 2 bathrooms, parking available. All rooms are spacious and doubles. Rent is £514 per month and unlimited bills are £73.00. Available from 1st July 2026.. You'd be sharing with 3rd years and a PHD student- looking for people who are chill, tidy and respectful- preferably older but not a necessity!
