1 roommate needed in 4-person house 10 min walk to Highfield

Hello! We are a group of 3 males (all 3rd year engineering) looking for a 4th roommate. The house layout is 4 bedrooms (2 large and 2 small) and 1 bathroom. The contract starts in September and lasts for 10 months. The room remaining is one of the large rooms (rent is 490 per month).
