Replace my tenancy

Hi! I’m looking for someone to replace my future tenancy at a 4 bed 2 bathroom semi-detached property that’s a 5 min walk from the Southampton Common. Rent will be £437.50 a month with bills excluded, but a bills package will be available at only £104 a month for everything. Move in date is the 7th of July 2024.
