Replacement housemate needed

We are 4 first-years looking for a replacement housemate for a 5 bed house, 2 bathrooms including a parking space and bike storage - located under a minute walk from highfield campus. Rent is £163/week bills included (52 week contract, start of july (2026) to end of june (2027)). We are currently 4 boys (Lgbtq+ friendly), open to anyone and we would be happy to meet anyone interested.
