*room now taken* Looking for replacement housemate in 6 bedroom near Highfield campus

Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 6 bedroom house. The current tenants are all 3rd year, there are 2 boys, 2 girls and 1 non-binary. 2 people doing Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering, 1 person doing economics, 1 person doing nursing and 1 person doing archaeology. The house is amazing, one of the best student accommodations especially for the price, it is also very close to the Highfleid campus with the walk being only 7 minutes. It is £425 a month with bills about £30 (£20 for gas and electric, water is usually about £10) . There are 2 bathrooms, one boys and one girls, and another toilet downstairs. There is also parking for a car if needed. There are no requirements so all feel free to message me about it.
