Spare Room Available

Hi, we currently have a spare room available in our house. Currently the house has 4 guys (second year) studying engineering and computer science and we are looking for a 5th housemate and are open to anyone who is interested. The cost per a month is £601.09 (this is including rent + utilities including gigabit wifi). The house has a garden, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezers, fridges and a television.
