Looking for a female replacement tenant for 2nd semester!!

Heyyy!! We're an all girls house with 5 bedrooms on Gordon Avenue. We've got a spacious living room with a TV, two toilets with one of the toilets being in a bathroom, a back garden and a washing machine + dryer. The house is a quick walk from most supermarkets and clubs. It's also a 25 min walk to the university and therefore not much of a hike!
