We’re a six-person, two-bathroom house looking for a replacement sixth (student) tenant of any gender for the academic year starting July 2024. Currently 1 male 4 female, most entering third year. We’re sociable and up for going out occasionally, but enjoy staying in too; it’s generally quiet here and very clean. The house is on Mayfield Road, a 10-minute walk from campus and 15 minutes from Portswood, with a Tesco Express just around the corner. £433.33 each per month, bills not included, with a helpful and friendly landlord.
