Looking for replacement tenant for private rented property asap

Hi, I'm looking for someone to replace my tenancy at 201A Portswood Road. It's close to campus, just a 15 min walk. It's £377 per month or roughly £94 per week + bills. The tenancy ends when the academic year ends - end of June 2024. It's a sharing with 1 male and 2 female students who are in their second year at the uni of Southampton . The house has 2 bathrooms and a large bedroom with a double bed. The room is on the ground floor, I can provide more details of the property after enquiry.
