Hi! (2026-2027) I am urgently looking for somebody to replace me in this all girl flat of 5. The room has a double bed, a sink, study desk and wardrobe with lots of storage space. The mirror above the sink is also a cabinet. The flat is spacious with a big TV, 2 toilets and 1 shower. The flat is £162.50 a week (bills included) with a £195 deposit. There is 24/7 maintenance available and a free end of year clean. The move in date is July 1st 2026 - June 30th 2027. The flat is a 5 minute walk from Avenue Campus, a 15 minute walk to Highfield Campus and a 10 minute walk to Portswood high street. There is a bus stop that is a 1-2 minute walk away from the flat that has links to U2C/B and Blue-star 1. There is also free parking outside the building at the front and down the roads. The common is next to the flat as well as easy access to Lidl and Sainsbury’s. 2 of the girls will be in their second year (languages & biomedical science) and the other 2 girls will be in their third year (geography and history) The girls are lovely and quiet, we like watching movies and series, playing games (especially the Wii) and some of them go out to the pub / clubs if you like a balance of both!
