Housemate

Hi there! We are currently in the process of finding a housemate to join a 4-bedroom house on Wilton Avenue, in the Polygon area. We are three cis-men, two of which are professionals (who have recently graduated) and one student in their third and final year. All years are more than welcome, as well as either student/professional from any of the nearby universities. LGBTQIA+ friendly. All four rooms are equally spacious, as is the living room, kitchen and bathrooms, and currently none are decided upon. Rent per month per person is: £425.00. Bills not included in that figure, though we have the option open if we chose so (and they'll likely be small anyway). Move-in date is 1st July, 2024; contract ends 30th June 2025.
