Looking for a girl to replace me in flat

I’m looking for a girl to replace me on my contract. I’ve decided to graduate early but already signed the tenancy agreement. The flat is on Portswood road about five minutes from the big Sainsburys. The flat is 450 a month no bills included. I have the bigger room so that’s what’s being advertised. (Although we both pay the same amount) one cat is allowed in the flat. The person signing the contract must be a girl however if you have an S.O. That’s a male that’s fine, and sleeping over and stuff like that is fine. The person you’d be living with is a 4th year engineer and she keeps the place clean.
