Room available in Highfield!

We are looking for someone to replace a housemate in our eight bed mixed (two girls, five boys) house for the year 23/24. The house is five minutes from Highfield campus, has a huge kitchen and a nice garden. The cost is £125 per week including bills. Very homely feel! We are a chill group, up for a night out and have weekly takeaway nights. Ideally looking for a girl to even the ratio out (we promise the boys are nice!).
