Spare room in a 5 bedroom house

Hi, we are looking for another girl to join us in a 5 bedroom house in the Highfield area. We're a group of 4 girls (all going into 2nd year) and it will be a quiet & friendly environment. The spare room has a double bed and the house has 1 bathroom, an extra toilet, good sized garden and a driveway for a car. It's on Broadlands Road, which is a 10 minute walk from Highfield Campus.
