Need one person for a house next year- modern house in Portswood

We are looking for one more housemate (female or male we do not mind) to fill our 5 bedroom house in Portswood (Shakespeare Avenue). The location is 15 minutes walking distance to Highfield Campus UOS, and very close proximity to Portswood shops (Sainsbury's, Waitrose, chicken shops and pubs etc.). We are 4 2nd year girls, 3 that study politics and 1 that studies law, very friendly, very clean and party people. The house is for the 2026/2027 academic year. The price is £182 pp per week as the house is very modern, with 5 en suits and a very modern kitchen, with a large garden. The bathrooms are marble, and the bedrooms are very good size.
