Looking for 1 person in a house of 5

We are 2 guys and 2 girls looking for another person to join the house next academic year. We are easy going, social, clean and relaxed people who will all be in our final year. The house has a great landlord, all large double bedrooms with plenty of storage as well as a living room, large garden and well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage in there too. There are 2 bathrooms, both with great water pressure in the showers, the upstairs bathroom has a bath / shower. We are a 5 min walk from Highfield campus and are in between several different bus routes. Looking forward to hearing from you!
