Open to anyone. In need of 1 person who is happy to move into a Portswood 6 bedroom house along Avenue Road. The house is situated close to Portswood high street, bars, Lidl and a short 20 mins walk into City centre. The rent is £400 a month and bills are all inclusive and included with Unihomes, which usually is an additional £60. The House at the moment consists of 2 boys and 3 girls and we are a very sociable, respectful and friendly group. If you want to make some new friends, this is a good opportunity. about you: no particular requirements although you may have to be a drinker to survive in this house.
