(Orion Point - Ensuite) Looking for Replacement Tenant in Semester 1 (£194pw)

I am looking for someone to take over my semester long Orion Point contract in central Southampton, it is £2,577.43 (£194 per week) for the whole contract, and runs between 19/09/2026-21/12/2026. The U6H stops right outside the accommodation. It is on the 6th floor. It was booked directly with Unite Students and the takeover would be arranged directly with Unite Students. For academic year 2026/2027. I am looking for someone to take over my contract because my personal circumstances have changed.
