Room at Hamwic Hall

I am looking for a tenant to take over my 44 week contract (12/09/2026 to 17/07/2026) at the Hamwic Hall student accommodation. The rent is £162 per week, including bills. It is located in the city centre, a 10 minute walk to Solent Campuses and near Giddy Bridge bus stops (perfect for using the U1A/U1C). The room is an ensuite (private bathroom and double bed) with a shared kitchen, sharing between 4-6 people. Housemates will be students from Solent/Uni of Southampton.
