Hi, I'm doing a semester abroad in S1 this year, and am looking for someone to rent my room out for this period while I am away. If you're doing a semester abroad in S2, this would work perfectly for you so you don't need to take out a full-year contract! The house is in central Portswood, Livingstone Road, and is a 7 bedroom house, with a large kitchen/ living space and 2 full bathrooms, with a mix of 3rd and 2nd years.
