Looking for replacement housemate in 4 bedroom property near Highfield campus

I have decided not to undertake my Masters in September and am therefore looking for someone to take over my room from September. It is a 4-bed house with 3 great 4th year boys! The house is in Blenheim Gardens which is about a 10-minute walk from the University (Highfield Campus). The rent is £380 per month (excl bills).
