Looking for 1 housemate to move into a 7 bed, 2 bathrooms house with currently 2 boys and 4 girls, all will be 2nd years. The tenancy is 12th September to 29th June and the rent is £120 a week plus £20 a week for bills included. The house is located in Portswood around the corner from The Gym Group with a short walk to other shops (Postcode is SO17 2GF). It is also a 15 minute walk to campus.
