First year student looking for accommodation

Hey, i’m a first year history student looking for accommodation for the next academic year, preferably a house reasonably close to avenue campus, I’m a clean and tidy person and more quiet but i’d definitely be up for hanging out as a group. Looking mostly for September contracts but I am flexible and don’t really mind if they start earlier.
