Looking for replacement tenet for rest of academic year

Hi, I'm looking for someone to replace my tenancy at SO238DR in Winchester ,It's close to campus, just a 3 min walk. It's £350 per month or roughly £80 per week + bills. The tenancy ends when the academic year ends - end of June 2024. It's a sharing with 3 female students who are in their third or second year at the uni of Southampton . The house has 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. The room is on the 2nd floor, I can provide more details of the property after enquiry.
