housemate for 5 bedroom house in portswood

me and my friends (3 first year nursing girls and 1 2nd year engineering guy) are looking for a 5th housemate (preferably male) for our house in portswood for next year. location wise its a 10 min walk from highfield campus and a 5 min walk from sainsbury's, with a nearby bus stop. Its got 5 bedrooms, a lounge and kitchen area, garden, 2 toilets, a bath and a shower. there is on road parking but only 2 parking permits which are already taken by 2 of us who need our cars for placement on our course. you should be able to park for free nearby though. price is £126ppw including bills, and its available from July 2024. anyone is welcome, just be sociable, respectful and dont make a huge mess!
