First Years - need 1 more housemate for next year

5 bedroom (all doubles) and 2 bathroom house in Portswood, very close to Aldi Looking for another housemate after one has since dropped out. If you are interested, you would be sharing with 2 boys and 2 girls, we all prefer to keep our living spaces clean and tidy. The rent is around £105pp a week with bills included and a security deposit of £430pp due on June 15th that will be refunded once the tenancy is completed.
