1 more student needed for a 5-person house

Hi. We are a group of guys looking for a final tenant to fill a space in a 5 bedroom house. Two of us will be in third year studying History, while the other two will be going into second year in Engineering. We are a fun, and nice group, mostly of Catholics, who are not too loud. We are looking for anyone who is likewise fun and respectful. The house is at the the bottom of Broadlands Road, giving it a practical location between Highfield Campus and Portswood. The rent will be £108 per person per week, including UniHomes bills. The house is nice, with a lot of space and a dishwasher (rare in student housing).
