Looking for housemates / house / Spare room

Hey, Im currently a second year looking for a house in 2024/25. Ideally in Portswood or Highfield area, but I'm open to anything. Most of my housemates are graduating so I'm a bit stuck for a house for next year (2024/25). Im clean, considerate and easygoing. Enjoy the occasional night out among other things. I would like a house that's kept clean for the most part with a rota for chores etc . Feel free to ask me anything :)
