Need one more housemate ASAP

Just got placement year so no longer need the room, urgently looking for a replacement. The house is very chill, with 3 guys who are all very friendly, clean, and tidy. The house is located near Avenue campus, and the commons, as well as about a 10-minute walk from Highfield campus. The house is very spacious and so are the rooms. Rent is £149 bills included and tenancy starts 1st July. Message if interested!
