Looking for room near highfield/boldrewood 26/27

I'm an incoming first-year civil engineering student (male) looking for accommodation for 2026/27. ideally highfield, portswood, swaythling or nearby, within around 30 minutes of campus. budget around £200/week,. looking for at least a 41-week contract. ensuite preferred, but open to other good options. happy to join an existing house/flat if anyone has a spare room or needs a replacement tenant.
