2 Double Rooms available in Portswood

We have 2 spacious and affordable double rooms available in a 5 bed, 4 bath house in Portswood/Bevois Valley. Our house is situated in a very convenient location, with a Tesco express at the end of our road, and many other shops, bars, and clubs within a short walking distance. It is also only a twenty-minute walk away from Highfield Campus, and the city centre, so it’s the perfect compromise between work and play. The house comes with a driveway, and our road also offers free parking, so there will be more than enough room to park if you have a car. The available rooms are spacious and fully furnished, including a double bed, desk, wardrobe and drawers. The rooms would mostly share the main bathroom of the house, containing both a shower and bath. The best part of the house is our open-plan living area, which spans the majority of the ground floor. The lounge has 2 of the comfiest sofas you’ll ever sit in, which make for a great night in in-front of our smart TV (between us we have access to the vast majority of streaming platforms, so you’ll always find something good to watch). The dining room is big enough for the whole house to eat at the same time, but also offers a clear view to the TV if you enjoy watching something whilst you eat. We have both a full-size fridge and freezer and have never struggled for storage space between the 5 of us, especially because our local shops are so close. The kitchen is big enough for many people to cook at once, and comes with plenty of cupboard space, an oven, and hob, a washing machine, as well as a few extra kitchen appliances. There is also a downstairs toilet right next to the lounge, which is super convenient whether you’re cooking dinner, having a movie night, or throwing a party. The house comes with a decent-sized garden, which is always nice to spend time in when the weather is nice. There will be three of us living here next year, and we are all in our final year of study at Southampton University. We are laid-back guys, who enjoy a night in but are always down for a good night out as well. We have never had a problem living with each other, and between us have managed to keep the house relatively clean and tidy. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
