Looking for extra flatmate

Three girls looking for a fourth housemate for our 2nd year house after one of our flatmate has dropped out of uni. We’re living in a 4 bed, 1 bathroom house in Portswood. A 25 minute walk from Highfield Campus. Tenancy starting on 1st July 2023 and is £118/week until 1st July 2024.
