Housemate Wanted - Bevois Valley (Postgraduate Preferred)

Hi! We are a group of 3 postgraduate students (2 PhD students and 1 Master's student, 2 boys and 1 girl) looking for a fourth housemate to join us in our house in the Bevois Valley area at the beginning of this September. The house is in a great location, very close to many local shops, pubs, and bus stops, and is only a 20 minute walk to both Highfield Campus and Southampton city centre. Rent is £400 per month (plus bills). We are ideally looking for another postgraduate student, although we'd be happy to hear from anyone who thinks they'd be a good fit. We're a friendly and sociable household and enjoy going out together every now and then (both in the evenings and for the occasional study session!), but we also respect each other's personal space and quiet time.
