Room available near Campus - £114 a week with all bills included

Hello guys, we currently have a room available in a 7 bedroom house which is a 5 minute walk to Highfield campus and is within walkable distance to the portswood high street. The rent is £114 a week with all bills included and is a 52 week contract starting in July Now onto the fun part. You’ll be staying with 6 lovely people, 3 guys and 3 girls. They are all super friendly and welcoming and I can guarantee that you would have an absolutely wonderful time with them. They are always down for a night out however, they are equally as enthusiastic for a chill night in watching movies or a game night. They are all eager to get to know you and would be happy to add you to a groupchat so you can get to know them.
