Housemates needed for 2026/27 tenancy!!

Looking for 2 new housemates. We already live here but have 2 moving out - 1 room is smaller so we can adjust rent accordingly. A 6 person house in Portswood, 3 guys 1 girl currently, 5 minute walk from Lidl and bus routes (U1 & U2). Gender doesnt matter. 2 Accounting and Finance students, 1 Crim/psych and 1 Mechanical Engineering student. Quite a chill house, quite different schedules but quite a good vibe - sometimes socials/parties are hosted but nothing crazy.
