House of 3, looking for 1 more person

Hi, me and two friends (2nd year) currently live in a house together and would like to stay in this house next year, but in order to do so need one more person (4 bedroom house). We all keep the house clean and we’re fairly quiet (in the sense that none of us typically host socials in our house, or play loud music)
