PhD student looking for a spacious room from 1 July

I'm a second year PhD student (male) looking for a spacious room ideally on the ground floor and at a walking distance to the Highfield campus. I can live with up to 5 people provided there are two bathrooms. I'm tidy and clean in common areas and I expect the same from the others. I never party but I don't mind if others do (within reasonable hours). I have an electronic drumset, that's why I need a spacious room on the ground floor for minimal disturbance to my flatmates. Also we can negotiate the hours I play the drums and you can tell me to stop anytime.
