Room Available, 5 Min walk to Highfield Campus

We have a four bedroom house, 5 minutes or less from high field campus, we are looking for a tenant to fill the fourth bedroom. We are a house of two girls and one boy, very friendly. Looking for someone reasonably quiet and clean. Rent ranging from £450-£500. Big kitchen and living space, nice garden, two bathrooms, and parking permits are available upon request on our road.
